Believe it or not, it’s possible to roast a chicken from frozen. This chicken is moist, falling-off-the-bone tender, and delicious–with barely any fuss! And the minimal seasoning means you can use the leftovers in any number of other recipes. I wish I had known this trick when I was working full-time!
